How do I return an item?
Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your canvas, to get an RMA #. Canvases may be returned for a full refund (less 15% restocking fee) or exchanged for another image. All CANVASES MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU MUST THEN RETURN YOUR CANVAS VIA FEDEX GROUND AT YOUR EXPENSE, WE DO NOT PAY FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. *** This excludes orders to Canada, due to customs limitations ...
